Mr. Okada was appointed Co-Director of Design Enablement at Tower in 2024 and General Manager of PDK & IP at TPSCo in 2025.
Previously, he served as Section Manager of Design Enablement, contributing to the development of PDKs for a broad range of Tower technologies.

Before joining Tower, he served as Section Manager in Technology Development Group at Micron, leading teams responsible for Design Platform Development, Device Technology, and Yield Enhancement.

Mr. Okada received his M.S. degree in Solid State Chemistry from Kumamoto University.
